Our Pet Policy
Dogs and cats under 60 pounds adult-weight are welcomed. Breed Restrictions apply. You may have up to two pets. No exotic pets or other types of pets are allowed. A $450 non-refundable pet fee is required and $15/mo pet rent per pet.
*Breed, size, and weight limitations and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
